Canadian International Auto Show | Designer Car Wrap Debut

The 2012 Canadian International Auto Show featured something for everyone, with over 125 exhibitors showcasing over 1000 cars and trucks worth over $30 million.

Subaru Toronto Auto Show

From all walks of life, over 300,000 people stared and gocked, boggled and fascinated by the many new car designs that can be touched, felt, sat in and purchased; by the many “vehicles” that we wish we could one day own; And of course everyone’s favourite, by the cars that look like they came from the future. The custom designer car wrap for the Subaru WRX was inspired by the Pure Performance 2011 Subaru WRX STI commercial.  Watch it on our ‘Subaru WRX Custom Car Wrap page along side the wrap installation video completed at the Graphiti shop in Mississauga.  The Kia car wrap was designed by Graphiti’s own.  Named The ‘Devils Playground’ Car Wrap for the fire like details printed and wrapped to the body of the car.  Both vehicles were wrapped in 3m 180 series film.

The public walking through the Metro Toronto Convention Centre could not believe that the custom car wraps were NOT paint.  The quality and precision in wrapping of these vehicles was done with utmost care, where each car was completely stripped, wrapped and gone over with a “fine tooth comb” by Graphiti’s very own Dan Maher, Owner and CEO of Maher Sign Products Inc.
